Classic Cheeze Fondue

Ingredients . . .

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ garlic clove, crushed
  • 250ml vegan white wine
  • 400g Applewood Vegan® Block, grated


Method . . .

  • Add the olive oil and crushed garlic to a small saucepan or fondue dish and cook on a low to moderate heat for 2-3 minutes. When the garlic is just starting to colour, add the white wine and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring often.
  • Add a large handful of grated Applewood Vegan® Block to the pan and keep stirring until all the cheeze has melted. Repeat the process in batches until all the grated cheeze has been used and you have a silky smooth cheeze sauce.
  • Dip in bread, nachos, chips or vegies to soak up all the cheezy goodness and enjoy!
