APPLEWOOD®
Loaded Flatbread
Ingredients . . .
For the flatbreads:
- 185g Applewood® Wedge
- 4 fried eggs
- 1 Avocado, diced
- Sprinkle of Rocket
For the whipped yogurt spread:
- 4 oz Applewood®, grated
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 Lemon, juice (about 2-3 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Method . . .
- Add your yoghurt spread ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Warm your flatbreads in an oven for 2-3 minutes, until they have just warmed.
- Meanwhile fry off some eggs.
- Place your warmed flatbread onto a plate, top with your yoghurt mix and spread over.
- Add your fried eggs and avocado, then top with a little rocket and crumble over your Applewood® and enjoy!
