APPLEWOOD®

Loaded Flatbread

Ingredients . . .

For the flatbreads:

  • 185g Applewood® Wedge
  • 4 fried eggs
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • Sprinkle of Rocket

For the whipped yogurt spread:

  • 4 oz Applewood®, grated 
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon, juice (about 2-3 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

 

Method . . .

  • Add your yoghurt spread ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Warm your flatbreads in an oven for 2-3 minutes, until they have just warmed.
  • Meanwhile fry off some eggs.
  • Place your warmed flatbread onto a plate, top with your yoghurt mix and spread over.
  • Add your fried eggs and avocado, then top with a little rocket and crumble over your Applewood® and enjoy!
