Applewood Vegan® Bites Win Silver at The Veggie Awards

Happy new year, and happy Veganuary too to all of our followers who are switching up their dairy options to plant-based this month!

It’s been a great start to 2024 at Applewood Vegan HQ as we have just found out that our ever-so-popular plant-based cheeze has won its fifteenth award – yes, you read that right, fifteenth award.

The highly respected judges of the prestigious Veggie Awards have awarded our Applewood Vegan Bites snacking net the silver accolade in the fridge/freezer category, describing the Bites as “little bites of joy that make a great snack or lunchbox addition for kids and adults alike. When it comes to flavour, you’d be hard pushed to tell the cheese apart from its non-vegan counterparts. It has a mouth-watering smoky Applewood smell and taste, along with a soft, pleasingly creamy texture – not too crumbly. Delicious!”
