Simply Delicious Loaded Nachos
Ingredients . . .
- 1 bag of tasty tortilla’s chips
- 200g Applewood Vegan® Grated
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- ¼ red chilli, sliced
- ¼ green chilli, sliced
- ½ a lime, sliced into 2 wedges
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- Handful of fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
Method . . .
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Slice the spring onions, chilli’s, lime, avocado and red onion.
- Add the tortillas to an oven-proof dish and scatter a pack of Applewood Vegan® Grated on top.
- Heat in the oven for 4-5 minutes or until all the cheeze has melted.
- Scatter the sliced ingredients on top and finish with a squeeze of lime and a garnish of chopped coriander.
