Step one:
Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray.
Step two:
Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Step three:
Place on the tray and gently flatten each piece.
Step four:
Mix the oil and spices, then brush over the broccoli.
Step five:
Top with cheese and roast for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
Step six:
Serve warm.
