Smoky Mini Burgers

 

 

Step one:

Place the beef mince into a bowl and season with the garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Step two:

Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions, roll into balls and flatten slightly into mini burger patties.

Step three:

Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Step four:

Place a quarter of an Applewood Caramelised Onion Melt slice onto each burger. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over a low heat for 1–2 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Step five:

Assemble each burger inside a toasted mini bun with burger sauce and gherkin slices.

Step six:

For an extra indulgent finish, lightly brush the tops of the buns with garlic butter and garnish with finely chopped parsley before serving.
