Classic Beef Burger

Nothing complements a burger more than smoky cheddar cheese. The main event of any BBQ, these classic beef burgers, with dreamy, melty Applewood® smoky cheddar cheese, are the perfect addition to your plate.

Step one:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Step two:

Cook your patties and streaky bacon according to the instructions on-pack. BBQ for extra flavour!

Step three:

Gently heat 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan, meanwhile slice the onion finely and then fry on a medium heat until golden brown.

Step four:

Load up your buns! Place your patties and streaky bacon inside each bun, top with one or two slices of Applewood® cheese, followed by the onions and your favourite sauce and toppings – we went for lettuce, tomato, gherkins and ketchup.

Step five: 

Sandwich together and enjoy!
