Vegan Smashed Burger Tacos

Step one:
Heat a frying pan over high heat with a little oil.

Step two:
Place 2-3 tbsp of vegan mince in the centre of each tortilla and press down to flatten. Sprinkle with salt.

Step three:

Cook meat-side down for 4-5 mins until browned, then flip and immediately sprinkle a generous amount grated Vegan Applewood Cheese. Allow cheese to melt and cook until the tortilla is crisp and golden.

Step four:

Finish with chopped lettuce and a drizzle of burger sauce.
