Cheesy Beef Taco Crunch Wrap

Step one:

Brown the mince in a pan over medium heat, then add the onion and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

Step two:

Stir in the seasoning, salsa and a splash of water and cook until thickened.

Step three:

Lay out the wrap and layer with sour cream, the beef mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and tortilla chips.

Step four:

Place the mini wrap on top and fold the edges of the large wrap over to seal.

Step five:

Toast in a pan with a little oil for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.

Step six:

Slice and serve.
