Step one:
Drizzle the bread with olive oil and toast under the grill until golden.
Step two:
Spread over the nduja and sprinkle with oregano.
Step three:
Add the Applewood, pepperoni and red onion, then grill again until melted.
Step four:
Mix the honey with chilli flakes and lemon juice.
Step five:
Finish with Parmesan, parsley and a drizzle of hot honey before serving.
