Ultimate Cheesy Applewood Jacket Potatoes

Step one:
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, season well and bake for 1 hour until tender.

Step two:
Melt the butter in a pan, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the flour and cook until golden.

Step three:

Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously until smooth and thickened.

Step four:

Stir in the grated Applewood until melted and season to taste.

Step five:

Cut open the potatoes, fluff the insides and add a knob of butter.

Step six:

Push pieces of Camembert into the potatoes, pour over the cheese sauce and top with extra grated Applewood.

Step seven:

Grill until golden and bubbling, then serve.
